1Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to pakg. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "Member", "You") and pakg ("the Platform", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of the pakg website located at pakg.bet, including all associated games, services, promotions, and features available on the platform.

By registering an account, accessing any part of the pakg platform, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety — along with pakg's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

pakg is operated for use by players in permitted jurisdictions. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing pakg is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or placing bets. pakg accepts no liability for use of the platform in jurisdictions where such use is prohibited.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on pakg. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances. pakg uses technical and manual verification processes to detect duplicate accounts.

2.4 Registration Information

When registering on pakg, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information including your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process. You are responsible for keeping your registration details current and accurate at all times. pakg is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate information provided by the player.

3Account Management & Security

3.1 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pakg account login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account details with any third party. pakg will never ask for your password through any channel including support communications, email, or live chat.

3.2 Unauthorised Access

You must notify pakg immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. pakg will investigate all reported incidents but accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access where the player has failed to maintain reasonable account security practices.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

pakg operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process for all accounts. A one-time identity verification is required before your first withdrawal. You may be asked to provide a copy of a valid CNIC, passport, or other government-issued identification document, along with proof of payment method ownership. This process typically takes up to 24 hours once documents are submitted. Accounts that fail or refuse verification may have withdrawal access restricted.

3.4 Inactive Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as inactive. pakg may apply a monthly administrative fee to inactive accounts after the 12-month period. Members are notified by email before any fees are applied. Reactivation is possible by logging in and contacting support.

4Deposits, Withdrawals & Transactions

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pakg accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit cards. All transactions on pakg are denominated in Pakistani rupees (PKR). pakg does not apply any fees to deposits or withdrawals — the full amount sent is credited, and the full amount requested is disbursed.

4.2 Minimum Transactions

The minimum deposit on pakg is Rs 500 for wallet methods (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) and Rs 1,000 for IBFT and card transactions. The minimum withdrawal is Rs 500 for wallet methods and Rs 1,000 for bank and card withdrawals.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

All withdrawals on pakg are subject to the following conditions:

• Account KYC verification must be completed for first-time withdrawals.
• Funds may only be withdrawn to a payment method registered in the same name as the pakg account.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.
• pakg reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for withdrawals above certain thresholds.
• Withdrawal requests may be queued during periods of high volume but will be processed on the same business day in standard circumstances.

4.4 Transaction Integrity

All transactions recorded by pakg's system are final. In the event of a technical error affecting a transaction, pakg will investigate and correct the account balance where the error is verified. Players must report any suspected transaction errors within 30 days of the transaction date. pakg does not accept responsibility for losses arising from errors in transaction details provided by the player.

5Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses offered by pakg — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and any other promotional credit — are subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits, and game restrictions. These details are communicated at the point of each offer and form part of these Terms by reference.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit + bonus amount) must be wagered before the resulting winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a 20x wagering requirement on a Rs 5,000 bonus means Rs 100,000 in qualifying wagers must be placed before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable. Specific requirements for each promotion are displayed at the time of claiming.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility

Each pakg promotion specifies eligibility conditions that must be met to claim and retain the bonus. These may include minimum deposit thresholds, first-deposit-only restrictions, game restrictions, and geographic limitations. Attempting to claim a bonus for which you are ineligible may result in the bonus being voided along with any winnings derived from it.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit or abuse the pakg bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, using betting patterns designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or coordinating with other players to fulfil wagering conditions artificially — will result in the immediate cancellation of the bonus, reversal of associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.

5.5 Refer a Friend Programme

pakg's Refer a Friend programme allows existing members to earn rewards when new players they refer successfully register and complete qualifying deposits. Refer a Friend rewards are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the Refer a Friend page. Self-referrals, referrals of existing pakg members, and referrals made through prohibited channels are not eligible for rewards.

6Game Rules & Fairness

6.1 Game Outcomes

All RNG-based games on pakg use independently certified random number generators. Live casino game outcomes are determined by physical means — cards, wheels, dice — operated by human dealers under controlled studio conditions. pakg's software plays no role in determining live game outcomes. Game RTP (Return to Player) percentages and house edge figures are published and verified through regular third-party audits.

6.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction — including but not limited to a game crash, disconnection, or display error during an active bet — pakg will endeavour to resolve the situation fairly. Where a malfunction prevents game completion, the bet may be voided and the stake returned to the player's account. Winnings generated during a verifiable technical malfunction may be voided at pakg's discretion.

6.3 Game Rules Specifics

Each game available on pakg operates according to its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing bets. Ignorance of game-specific rules is not a valid basis for dispute claims on pakg.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pakg and will result in immediate account suspension and may result in legal action:

• Registering more than one account on pakg, regardless of the details used.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information during registration or verification.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tools to interact with pakg's platform or games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in pakg's platform or any game for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game on pakg.
• Money laundering, fraud, or using pakg for any unlawful financial transaction.
• Abusing the bonus or promotion system in any manner described in Section 5.4.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing pakg staff members or other players through any channel.
• Attempting to reverse, dispute, or chargeback a legitimate deposit to gain funds on both your payment method and pakg account simultaneously.
• Using another person's payment method without their knowledge and explicit consent to fund your pakg account.

8Responsible Gaming

pakg is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. Gaming should always be an enjoyable form of entertainment — never a means of generating income or a way to escape financial difficulties. pakg provides the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible directly from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your pakg account.
• Loss Limits — Restrict the maximum amount you can lose over a defined period.
• Session Time Limits — Set maximum session durations after which you are automatically logged out.

10Intellectual Property

No content from the pakg platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, displayed publicly, or used for commercial purposes without prior written authorisation from pakg.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pakg platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not include the right to scrape, copy, reverse-engineer, or otherwise exploit pakg's systems, content, or data.

11Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

pakg operates as an online gaming platform. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pakg's liability to any player is limited to the balance held in that player's pakg account at the time of the relevant event.

pakg is not liable for:

• Losses arising from the player's own decisions or gaming activity.
• Losses caused by internet connectivity issues, device failures, or third-party service outages.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses of any kind.
• Loss of opportunity, loss of data, or loss of revenue.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers.

pakg provides games and services on an "as is" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied. pakg does not guarantee that the platform will be available continuously and without interruption, though every reasonable effort is made to maintain platform availability at all times.

12Account Termination & Suspension

12.1 Termination by pakg

pakg reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, for any of the following reasons: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, prolonged inactivity, or for any other reason at pakg's reasonable discretion. Where an account is closed due to verified fraud or Terms violation, any outstanding balance may be forfeited.

12.2 Termination by the Player

You may close your pakg account at any time by contacting support@pakg.bet. Before closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed normally. Active bonuses will be forfeited upon account closure. If you are closing your account due to a problem with gambling, please use the self-exclusion tool rather than account closure, as it provides additional protections.

12.3 Surviving Provisions

Upon termination of an account, the following provisions of these Terms continue to apply: intellectual property provisions, limitations of liability, dispute resolution, and governing law.

13Amendments to These Terms

pakg reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, pakg will notify registered players by email to the address on file for their account. It is your responsibility to keep your email address current and to check it regularly for pakg communications.

Non-material updates (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or formatting changes) may be made without individual notification. 14Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of the pakg platform shall be governed in accordance with the licensing jurisdiction under which pakg operates. In the event of a dispute between you and pakg, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting pakg's support team at support@pakg.bet.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, both parties agree to submit to the dispute resolution procedures specified by pakg's licensing authority. pakg's decision on matters of account conduct, bonus eligibility, game outcome validity, and platform integrity is final, subject to independent review where required by licensing conditions.
